When can I expect to receive my order?

Once you've placed your order, please wait 24-48 hours for us to process and prepare your order.

· Since most of our designs are haute couture, it usually takes 2-4 weeks for our designers to finish your ordered cloth. From that time, you can expect your package to come within 5-15 business days based on your location. Please contact support@ordudiordu.com for more information.

· Some of our designs are general sets which means we have them in stock, so that we would be able to have your order shipped out as soon as possible, and you can expect your package to come within 5-15 business days based on your location.

Do I pay for shipping?

We offer free standard ground/home shipping through FedEx. Please stay tuned for the future as we do plan on offering express shipping options! Or you can contact our customer service team to check if your order can be shipped in express. We also offer customers to request for signature upon their receiving. if you prefer a signature required for your shipment, please let us know and we will be able to set that up for you when we ship your product out.
